Hello! I was born and raised in Lebanon in a loving family who enjoys cooking and baking. My mom was an inspiration to all of us, no matter what she cooks, it always comes out a masterful creation.
Once I came to the States I started my own journey experimenting with Baklawa [Baklava], my favorite desert.
Now, allow me to share my homemade authentic Lebanese delicacy with you.

That Is How I Do It
Phyllo dough sheets drizzled with the right amount of butter covered with your heart’s desire of filling to be covered with another blanket of phyllo dough.
After baking, the rose water syrup will give it just the touch of sweetness which brings all ingredients blended together.
This ancient recipe, originated in the Ottoman Empire, is the pride of every country in the Middle East. Being from Lebanon, I could not help but share this mastered, melt-in-your-mouth recipe.
